May 29 2025: Wine Dinner with Ridge Vineyards - Open to All
Join us for an intimate dinner hosted by our Head Sommelier, Arnaud Dolmazon, along with Andrew Meltzer and Dan Barbary representing the prestigious Ridge Vineyards on 29 May at 6:30 PM.
The evening will feature a beautiful five-course menu paired with five wines from the renowned California-based winery, celebrated for their exceptional single-vineyard philosophy and some of the most critically-acclaimed wines made in the United States – most notably their Montebello Cabernet which guests will be able to try on the evening.

All five courses will be crafted to complement and elevate the flavours of the wines rather than the traditional approach of pairing wines to food.*
Throughout the evening, Arnaud and the team from Ridge Vineyards will share the stories behind the wines and pairings, including insights into the ingredients grown at Heckfield’s own Home Farm for the meal and the meticulous care that goes into every bottle crafted by Ridge Valley.
This dinner is priced at £220 per person and marks the second in our series of dinners throughout 2025, offering guests the chance to explore new wine and seasonal food pairings across the year. Additional dates will be announced soon.

The history of Ridge Vineyards begins in 1885, when Osea Perrone, a doctor who became a prominent member of San Francisco’s Italian community, bought 180 acres near the top of Monte Bello Ridge.
In 1962, Ridge Vineyards made its first Monte Bello, and two years later its first zinfandel. Since that time, Ridge has championed single-vineyard winemaking, searching California for those rare and exceptional vineyards where climate, soil, and variety are ideally matched.
They are committed to sustainable winegrowing and farming their vineyards organically. As of harvest 2022, 100% of their estate vineyards have been certified organic.
