October 17 2026: Cooking with Squash

As autumn has arrived, so too have the squashes and gourds. We are always delighted to see the return of these beautiful fruits each year, with their rich colours and sometimes unusual markings and shapes. Join Dor, our Head of Culinary Development, where he will introduce you to some delicious squash recipes inspired by Skye Gyngell. Dor will demonstrate a way of preserving squash as a pickle and served with English made burrata – plus another Skye Gyngell influenced dish, that you can make at home.
