Our expert pastry chefs will guide you through the history of chocolate, the vital importance of provenance and the infinite varieties of taste and flavour to be discovered in the world of craft chocolate. They’ll also show you how to master the art of seeding and tempering to create the perfect gloss and texture.

The 1.5 hour workshop will finish with the chance to bespoke three bars of chocolate to your exact taste using a selection of flavours and toppings.
