May 23 2026: The Art of Preservation - Tea and Jam Experience
Friends and Resident Guests are invited to spend time with Dor, our Head of Culinary Development, where the art of preservation is brought to life through the making of jam and pickle, guided by the rhythms of the season and the estate's own harvest.
As the demonstration comes to rest, the table is laid with cheese and oatcakes alongside the pickle just made, before warm scones arrive with jam and cream from our Guernsey herd. Throughout, tea from Rare Tea Company is poured, carrying the experience from beginning to end.
