July 25 2026 - The Shared Table: Spring X Slow Food
As part of The Shared Table series, which celebrates the people and ideas that have shaped Skye Gyngell's philosophy, Spring welcomes Shane Holland, Executive Chair of Slow Food UK, for an evening hosted alongside Culinary Director Eleanor Henson. Through its global network of farmers, producers and advocates, Slow Food champions food that is good, clean and fair, supporting biodiversity, local food cultures and more thoughtful ways of producing and sharing food. Enjoy a three-course supper inspired by the summer harvest from Fern Verrow and Heckfield Home Farm, alongside a specially curated Slow Food wine selection.
