December 10 2026 - The Shared Table with Jordan Bourke

Jordan Bourke joins us in Hearth for the final Shared Table of the year. After training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in his native Ireland, he went on to work with Skye at Petersham Nurseries, where he developed the foundations of his cooking. His work today explores bold flavour and fermentation, drawing deeply on Korean techniques and ingredients he has studied extensively.
