March 28 2026 - Wild Garlic Forage and Cooking Demo

Wild garlic is one of the first markers of spring. Across both restaurants of our restaurants in Heckfield Place, our chefs treat wild garlic very gently to preserve its freshness and subtlety, rather than overpowering dishes. It is something fleeting, special, and handled lightly, and always allowed to taste like itself.

Join our Head of Culinary Development, Dor Harel, for a wild garlic forage with one of our growers, and a cooking demonstration where Dor will show you how to handle and cook wild garlic. You will have the opportunity to try two dishes: wild garlic malfatti (rustic Italian dumplings), and wild garlic butter served with House-made bread, using our Home Farm butter to pair perfectly with the fresh, green garlic flavour.
