Join us for an evening of wellbeing with Caroline Idiens, founder of Caroline’s Circuits, an online fitness community of nearly one million, and Tina Lond-Caulk, the Nutrition Guru and bestselling author of ‘Eat Well and Feel Great’.

All begins with a healthy welcome drink before Caroline and Tina delve into their respective expertise to share insight on the role of strength training and microbiome health in optimising wellbeing and longevity – with a particular focus on mid-life and women’s health.

They’ll both share their non-negotiables for living a happy and healthy life, as well as top recommendations for making positive changes that last to include tips on getting started with strength training and biohacking rules to improve metabolism.  

After the talk, Caroline and Tina will host an intimate three-course dinner for the conversation to continue.

The evening is priced at £125 per person and includes a welcome drink, talks by Caroline and Tina and a three-course menu with drinks pairing (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available).


Caroline Idiens is taking the online fitness space by storm. She is a 51-year-old PT who has been a coach for over 25 years and is the founder of Caroline’s Circuits, a global fitness platform founded during lockdown which now has over 2000 monthly members. Caroline's approach is based entirely around strength in midlife; workouts which focus on functional fitness for longevity.

Alongside the online business, Caroline has over 900k followers on her IG page Carolinescircuits where she has an engaged community and is an ambassador for many key brands. She also hosts retreats and social media workshops and is a keen contributor to many press publications such as The Telegraph and Women's Fitness.

Tina Lond-Caulk is a true force in the field of nutrition and wellness education. Known as The Nutrition Guru, she has established herself as a bestselling author (Bloomsbury publishing), a keynote speaker, and the founder of wellness education programmes for both corporate and school audiences. She has an impressive 20-year track record as a clinical nutritionist for world-class medical practices such as the Lanserhof clinics and now as Director of her own health clinic.

Tina's qualifications as a degree-qualified Nutritionist are complemented by her post-graduate training in behavioural psychology and her specialist interest in genomics, all of which inform her holistic approach to health and wellbeing. What truly sets Tina apart is her unwavering passion for educating individuals of all ages on how to optimize their health and wellbeing.
