For this Shared Table at Home Farm we welcome Darina Allen, Rory Allen and JR Ryall of Ballymaloe in County Cork. Through the Ballymaloe Cookery School, Darina has shaped generations of cooks, including Skye and many chefs who have gone on to cook at Heckfield Place and Spring. Our Culinary Director Eleanor Henson is among the Ballymaloe alumni whose cooking continues to reflect the school’s enduring values: seasonality, sustainability and a deep connection to land and producers.
