December 5 2025: The Art of Preservation
Join our Development Chef, Dor Harel, for an exploration into the timeless craft of preservation. This workshop explores the distinct techniques of pickling, fermenting, and preserving—methods that have been used for centuries to honour an abundant harvest and prepare for the scarcer months to come.
Using ingredients gathered from our orchard, biodynamic Market Garden and estate, learn how to bring together flavours to savour for future seasons and make the most of what our land provides.
Each guest will leave with a jar of their own creation to take home and enjoy once time has worked its magic and the journey is complete.
