We are now looking for a Maintenance Shift Engineer to join our lovely Maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Plantroom preventative maintenance
- Experience in plantroom and swimming pool/spa facilities
- Ensuring daily/weekly statutory and H&S checks are carried out checks are carried out
- To support the Shift Engineers in the day to day maintenance requests that will arise.
- Supporting the provision of and actively participating in training for the Engineering department.
- Welcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful disposition.
- Manage daily job requests from other department or guests.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained reporting when items are low.
- Must be presentable at all times, polite and a team player as will be working with many different people at different times.
- Assist in contractor relationship management
- Reports to Assistant Chief Engineer
- To cover different shifts as per the Rota, including the occasional night shift
- Basic salary of £27,825 PA
