Melissa Hemsley, bestselling author of Eat Happy and Eat Green, is set to publish Feel Good - 100 easy and uplifting recipes to help you feel your best.
Feel-good cooking is not just what we eat, it's the mindset around it: a relaxed, flexible approach that encourages you to tune in to what you feel you need - what suits your mood, your time constraints, and what you happen to have in the fridge.
Melissa is a cook, writer and champion of sustainable, nourishing food who loves to celebrate easy, affordable and sustainable healthy food that everyone can enjoy with minimum impact on the planet.
One of Britain's most well-respected chefs, Australian-born Skye Gyngell is best known for her seasonally-focused culinary style.
Having trained in Sydney and Paris, Skye moved to London and worked at The French House before securing Head Chef role at Petersham Nurseries, which achieved a Michelin star under her stewardship, and moving to set up Spring at Somerset House in 2014.
Skye joined Heckfield Place as Culinary Director before the opening, and has been instrumental in guiding the culinary concept and estate offering. In her role at Heckfield Place, Skye oversees the menus at Marle & Hearth, as well as the seasonal Sun House restaurant. Her signature style of dishes created using local, fresh ingredients underpin all that is served at Heckfield Place, with Skye working closely with the Home Farm team to serve produce grown on the estate.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand for our restaurants, pre-screening Earth dinner before (three-course set menu at 5:30pm) or dinner after the event in Marle, recently awarded a Michelin Green Star, usually needs to be reserved in advance.
