In small groups, Never the Same Again - Navigating the Future is an opportunity to speak with our culinary director Skye Gyngell, Jane Scotter from Fern Verrow, bio-dynamic farm and consultant with Heckfield, our general manager Olivia Richli and Ben Parker, co-founder of Made Thought, our chefs, arborists and engineers. Discuss the why of biodynamics, our biomass centre and food waste initiatives, the need for nature, care and reconnection in this world, and how hotels and creative industries play their part...

 

Followed by a three-course set menu and talk by environment activist Satish Kumar.

7pm-8:15pm: Talk: Satish Kumar: Protest, Protect, Build – the holistic environmental movement.

On arrival, your temperature will be taken using a thermal scanner. If over 38°C/100°F then we would not be able to admit you to the Estate and you are recommended to return home and self-isolate for 14 days.
