A Table Full of Love - a signed copy of which can be ordered in advance of the event or bought on the night - has more than 100 simple, do-able recipes to comfort, seduce, nourish and spoil all.

Skye McAlpine is a cookery writer who believes that food tastes best when shared with others. She is the author of two other books, A Table in Venice and A Table for Friends, writes a monthly column for The Sunday Times and has contributed to publications from around the world, including vogue.com, Vanity Fair, Corriere della Serra and Conde Nast Traveller. In 2021 she launched her own curated range of homeware, Skye McAlpine TAVOLA.
Skye Gyngell joined Heckfield Place as Culinary Director before the opening, and has been instrumental in guiding the culinary concept and estate offering. In her role at Heckfield Place, Skye oversees the menus at Marle & Hearth. Her signature style of dishes created using local, fresh ingredients underpin all that is served at Heckfield Place, with Skye working closely with the Home Farm team to serve produce grown on the estate.
As well as dinner in Hearth, we also offer - subject to availability - a pre-screening Earth dinner before (three-course set menu at 5:30pm) or dinner after the event in Marle, recently awarded a Michelin Green Star. Please email [email protected].
