Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. In Marle and Hearth restaurants, we prepare food and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place.

Front of House is currently looking for a Sommelier to join our Sommelier Team.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Engage positively and professionally with all guests and visitors
To be part of a passionate and energetic wine team, that is working hard to ensure a dynamic and unique wine list
Learn a comprehensive and considered list which will be updated to reflect our ever changing, ingredient-led menu
Have a healthy working environment between bar, wine, floor and kitchen
Be up to date on movements within the wine industry
Make sure cellars, storage areas and wine fridges are stocked and clean
Have a great customer service attitude and work closely with the senior members of the team.
Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends
