We are now looking for an enthusiastic, service orientated and people focused candidate to join our HR Team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
You will be responsible for the following: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating advertising and web based recruitment, preparing recruitment materials, organising recruitment events and conducting interviews, developing and updating job descriptions and assisting with recruitment training.
Ideally you will have proven experience as a recruiter in the high-end hospitality industry, a solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc), hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checking etc) and strong decision-making skills. You will be familiar with recruiting and HR software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. Ideally you will have had experience in luxury hotels and will have a passion for people taking pride in the experience of our internal customers.
